Benefits of Making Use of Environment Friendly Bags
Write-up by Shah
Surroundings friendly containers match our evolving life style the prevailing mantra today is ‘go green’. By utilizing these straightforward and reusable containers, we minimize the damage that ordinary paper and plastics have on our environment.
Below are some details about how plastic impact our environment:
-Plastic bags in landfills sit for 20 years just before decomposing. When they decompose, they release dangerous toxic chemical substances to the soil.
- Much less than three% of plastics are recyclable. The rest of these plastic bags wind up in landfills and in oceans as litter.
- four billion plastic bags finish up as litter every single year.
- Americans use 100 billion plastic bags annually. On a globally scale, 500 billion to a single trillion plastic bags are utilised.
- 75% of dead sea turtles and other damage to wildlife come from plastic debris in our ocean
- 12 million barrels of oil are required to create plastics utilized in the US every single year
Surroundings friendly bags vs. Plastic bags
Making use of environment-friendly bags lessen the demand for plastic bags. If the demand goes down, so does the discharge of harmful chemical substances to the environment designed by plastic bag industries.
Factories that make plastic bags generate toxic pollution causing grave danger to humans as nicely as the atmosphere. Some chemical substances are so harsh that they destroy the ozone layer – generating humans at danger of the sun’s damaging rays as properly as illnesses which go with getting too exposed to it. Air pollution is also generated by recycling centers attempting to eradicate plastic and paper bags, so that landfills have much more room.
Surroundings friendly bags are very good option to paper containers. Paper containers are manufactured from trees. While they are biodegradable, trees would have to be cut down to generate them. The much more paper bags are employed in a grocery, the far more trees are cut down. This brings about deforestation where trees are cut down and lands are left barren. Deforestation is a significant element for global warming and causes flash floods bringing on damage in people’s lives and properties.
Atmosphere friendly bags lessen litter. Plastic bags are some of the principal sources of litter each on land and water. They take too a lot time to decompose and are a grave threat to wildlife.
Employing Environment friendly bags
There are numerous benefits of using these “green” bags in addition to helping our environment. Environment friendly bags are lengthy-lasting. They’re in a position to carry double the quantity of baggage than plastic and paper bags. Paper and plastic bags are straightforward to tear when baggage becomes too heavy.
Green bags are manufactured from long, soft fabric that a single could very easily carry on your shoulder. You’ll be in a position to fold them in a compact way and location them in the bag-they won’t occupy too considerably space.
Environment friendly bags are manufactured from eco-friendly, non-toxic and non-allergen fabrics such as natural cotton. They’re reusable and washable and could final for numerous years.
They also come in numerous styles, designs and colors to fit each and every mood and need to have. These environment friendly bags have even turn into fairly trendy. Well-recognized fashion designers such as Stella McCartney, Giorgio Armani and Heidi Klum are joining the bandwagon and designing environment friendly bags which are each chic and fabulous.

this just makes me sad…..
What really makes me sad is those big windmills killing bats and birds and producing next to fuck all but being subsidized by the taxpayers.
One of the greatest scams of recent history.
If you’re concerned about a few covered in oil remember their number is a thousand times that because of the windmills.

Human Impact on the Environment: fuck all.
Nature’s Impact on the Environment: 99%.
Let’s try our best to get that wonderful, life giving CO2 up where the plants need it.
Minimum is 1200 ppm, maximum is about 30,000 ppm. Just a mere 3%.
Remember if it doesn’t produce CO2, it’s not green.
CO2 is responsible for all the greenery on this planet, and that CO2 is in short supply. Want to help nature? Produce all the CO2 that you can.
CO2 is not a pollutant it is plant food.
Don’t let the scammers mislead you. Clean water comes from vibrant plant life supported by CO2. Such a marvelous gas, too bad there’s not much of it.
@curingaging00 I agree that replacing would be possible. But there are more factors playing to keep the world and humon populations healthy. depletion of fishstocks, overpopulation, not having the capacity to produce enough food. Here in holland we use our fields on the maximum capacity. But we can only do so if we fertilise it. But for the fertilisation, we need Phosphate(plants need it just as much as they need water to grow). unfortunately, phosphate is an exhaustable resource…
One possible solution to reduce the human impact on the environment is to stabilize population by increasing global access to contraception, there was a study which found that roughly1/4th of all births in developing nations were unplanned. Vertical farming (if set up properly) could eliminate the NEED for pesticides and other oil based fertilizers. Check out “PlantLab” they have a small prototype underground farm, but food grows 3x as fast.
Vertical Farm website has some good ideas aswell, you are right about the depletion of land, vertical farming I believe will be part of the solution, as for depleting fish stocks, I read an artical which talks about putting an entire food chain of fish, in an open water cylindrical net which the fish would live almost exactly as they would out in the open, like having the entire food chain within this net. I don’t know how much they tested this though, but it was an interesting read.
@curingaging00 the ideas are good indeed. But it’s just that I don’t think innovation will grow fast enough to live sustainable, before we’ve fucked up the planet. 2 billion more people on the planet by 2050… That’s shitloads, uncluding the fact that most country’s will increase their ecological footprint. Which means that the planet can even hold less people sustainable. Overpopulation is the biggest problem we humans are facing, and if we don’t turn that around drastically,
@curingaging00 human suffering will only increase, combined with even more depletion of wildlife, ecosystems and resourches.. Economy might collapse as well, which will turn out in wars, riots and al that kinda stuff. The vertical farm project sounds good though as part of the sollution. I doubt the idea about the cylindrical net though. Cz when the fish would almost live exactly as they would in the wild, why just don’t let them live in the wild, but harvest them SUSTAINABLE?
@curingaging00 There is a really good documentairy about overpopulation from sir David Attenborough(you probably know him). It’s called: How many people can live on planet earth. you can find it on youtube.
Another good documentairy is: The end of the line. It’s about overfishing and it’s effects. It’s also really interesting. You can’t find this docu on youtube, but you can download it or buy it. on this website you’ll find more info about it: .endoftheline. com

@spreadthetruth95 If our politicians based their decisions on ecology, science rather then by “my party wants me to do this, that”.
From what I’ve read it can also help solve our plastic polution problem for it can be made to be 100x bio-degradable then plastic bags.
I know you’ve probably heard it a million times that you can help you’re environment in such a way to make it perfect and prevent global warming etc., but it’s doubtful that any of the people who hear about it actually act on it! I found a teen who simply wants to spread his message about some easy steps to going green, help his actions influence others by copying and pasting this message!

@audioash Thanks a lot for helping me make my perfect environment! I also want to give a big thanks to pres Obama for fixing Anthropogenic global warming! Right when summer ended, the weather really started to cool down, and I knew Obama’s hard work had paid off! Yeah! I really want to help increase awareness, because not many people are aware, of anthropogenic global aging killing our planet!! Please help me influence people and spread the message!!
omg i have a project on the enviromental impact of humans someone help meee lol
@tdt5000 Haha wow you must be such a fucking chode. If you have enough the time to troll environmental videos I wonder how long it takes you to take your head out of your conservative ass.
@audioash hahahaha couldnt have said it better myself
